Tucked away off Blakeney High Street, Blakeney House is the perfect escape from the crowds. Recently awarded 5* Restaurant with Rooms status by the AA, our Head Chef’s food is becoming fast renowned on the Norfolk Norfolk Coast. You don’t have to be dining with us to enjoy our impressive secret garden or modern interiors though. Either pop in and enjoy coffee to cocktails or book a room and enjoy the luxury of Blakeney House for the whole weekend.
RESTAURANT.
Our 2 AA Rosette Rated Raymond Blanc-trained Head Chef, Dominic Aslett, has put Blakeney House on the map with his food. Dom’s style of cooking is “relaxed fine dining”, our restaurant though is way more relaxed than you might have in mind. There’s no stuffiness and formalities here. Yes we love to serve incredible food and give exceptional service, but we also understand that after a day exploring the Norfolk coast, you might arrive in muddy boots. If you want to dress up though and treat yourself, don’t worry, you also wouldn’t look amiss. We’ve set up our dining areas to offer everyone a space they’re comfortable in.
Tuesday - Saturday our kitchen is open in the evening, offering a standard dinner menu (or if you want to treat yourself, you can pre-book our Head Chef’s famous 5 course tasting menu).
Family and dog friendly (and with adult-only and dog-free areas) our restaurant is also open 1pm - 7pm on Sundays serving one of the best Sunday roasts on the Norfolk Coast.
BAR.
Our bar is open to all from 12noon daily, serving coffee to cocktails and everything in-between. Enjoy your drinks in our family and dog friendly modern lounge, or out in our stunning secret garden. It’s the perfect escape from the crowds.
