Dom will never compromise on the quality of the ingredients we source. In turn, that means you never compromise on the quality of the flavours on your plate, regardless of if you’re choosing from our a la carte menu, Sunday roast menu or treating yourself to our 5 course tasting menu.

Dominic Aslett

‘My career started 20 years ago, It really took off after working for Raymond Blanc when I was 17, whilst still learning my trade I took time to gain work experience in Michelin Star rated Restaurants.

Upon moving to Norfolk my first landmark role was The Gunton Arms under Stuart Tattersall over 10 years ago, and more recently The Sculthorpe Mill under Elliott Ketley. Both installed the importance of respecting the ingredients, not to dress something up as something it is not.

I like to think I have taken something from every chef I have worked with and blended it into my own unique style. My style would be classed as modern British, I’m not afraid to use ingredients from other cultures & countries but the plate would undoubtedly feel British.

My focus is all about the best of British produce, be it scallops from the Isle of Man, the Finest west county lamb or Norfolk venison.
